LGBTQIA+ and Nonbinary Identity
For many LGBTQIA+ and nonbinary individuals, identity is shaped by navigating families, communities, and systems that may not have fully seen, understood, or supported you. The strategies you developed to stay safe, loved, and accepted can become sources of conflict, exhaustion, or disconnection in adulthood. I am interested in understanding the unique path you’ve walked—your resilience, your pain, your joy—and exploring what you need now to feel grounded, affirmed, and whole. I work with LGBTQIA+ clients to move through internalized shame, strengthen self-acceptance, deepen identity exploration, and build relationships that honor authenticity and care.
I also support adults who are questioning or discovering their sexuality or gender later in life. As someone who came into my bisexual identity in adulthood, I understand the complexity, confusion, and liberation that can arise in this process. Together, we can explore your sense of self with curiosity and compassion.
